Refund policy

At KLODI Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened, or used products.
However, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your item arrived damaged or faulty.
- You have experienced an allergic reaction (see "Allergy Returns" below).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at contact.klodibeauty@gmail.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) in question
- A brief description of the issue
Returns are only accepted if we are contacted first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
It will be the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY to get it posted back.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original method of payment, or
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange a product under these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send the replacement item free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for change of mind, or for any product that has been opened or used due to health and hygiene reasons
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as "sale"
- Gift cards
- Special orders or customised items
Cancellations
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
