At KLODI Beauty, we strive to ensure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy carefully for all the details on processing times, delivery options, and fees.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned – we're working on it!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the courier's website.
Delivery Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, postal disruptions, or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

- Contact the delivery provider directly for updates.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some courier services may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you prefer signature on delivery, please include a note at checkout. KLODI Beauty is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you’ve entered an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
